COMMON AREA PARKS Residents using the common area park areas shall keep the areas clean and free of trash, garbage, or other waste materials by using the trash cans provided.
Owners must keep pets on a leash at all times and are required to pick up after their pets.
SWIMMING POOL
THE POOL IS NOT HEATED. THE SPA REMAINS HEATED. Hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. daily. All persons using the pool area do so at own risk. Use of the pool is limited to Heritage residents and their guests (2) only. Guests must be accompanied by a Resident unless other arrangements are made thru the Board. Access is by locked gate using an assigned key.
TENNIS COURTS (2) Hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. Access is by locked gate with assigned key. Coin operated lights are available for evening tennis. No street shoes, bicycles,skateboards or rollerblades are permitted on the courts. Guests must be accompanied by a Resident unless other arrangements are made thru the Board.
BASKETBALL COURT Hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to dusk. Use of courts is limited to HVMCA residents and guests (2) only. No street shoes, bicycles, skateboards or rollerblades are permitted on the courts. Guests must be accompanied by a Resident unless other arrangements are made thru the Board.
