An Executive Session of the Board of Directors may be called immediately following any meeting to discuss personnel issues.
Notes: An owner has the right to: Have a copy of the minutes or a summary of the minutes of the meeting distributed to him/her upon request.
Speak to the Association or Board of Directors, unless the Board is meeting in Executive Session. Action by the Board may only taken on Agenda Items
