Owners must keep pets on a leash at all times and are required to pick up after their pets.
SWIMMING POOL AND SPA
Hours of Operation: 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. daily
All persons using the pool area do so at own risk. Use of the pool is limited to Heritage residents and their guests (2) only. Guests must be accompanied by a Resident unless other arrangements have been made through the Board. Access is by locked gate using an assigned key.
WEIGHT ROOM
Access is by locked door using an assigned key. Use of the weight room is limited to Heritage residents and their guests (2) only. Guests must be accompanied by a Resident unless other arrangements have been made through the Board.
Up to age 14 - requires adult supervision
Age 14-17 - requires waiver from Guardian filed with the HVMCA Office Manager
TENNIS COURTS (2)
Hours of operation: 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Access is by locked gate with assigned key. Coin operated lights are available for evening tennis. No street shoes, bicycles,skateboards or rollerblades are permitted on the courts. Guests must be accompanied by a Resident unless other arrangements have been made through the Board.
BASKETBALL COURT
Hours of operation: 8:00 a.m. to dusk.
Use of courts is limited to HVMCA residents and guests (2) only. No street shoes, bicycles, skateboards or rollerblades are permitted on the courts. Guests must be accompanied by a Resident unless other arrangements have been made through the Board.
COMMON AREA PARKS
Residents using the common area park areas shall keep the areas clean and free of trash, garbage, or other waste materials by using the trash cans provided.
